Items lost on ATM vehicles are held at the City of Milan Lost and Found Office, where they are kept in storage for a year.

To reclaim lost items, customers should present themselves at the desk with ID or with a written proxy note from the owner and pay a storage charge calculated on the basis of the object’s value. We advise those wishing to reclaim lost items to provide proof of purchase where possible or a detailed description of the object.
