Accessibility improvements on the M3 line: lifts and escalators temporarily out of service
We are installing 48 new lifts and 52 new escalators to ensure the M3 line remains accessible to all passengers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to your journey. Please note: during replacement works, lifts and escalators in some stations are out of service (the stations remain open and trains stop as usual).
Stations currently not accessible by lifts
- Duomo: M3 station and the connection with M1 line are not accessible. Please use nearby stations: Cordusio, San Babila, Montenapoleone or Missori.
- Sondrio: lifts are out of service until the end of April.
- Porta Romana: lifts are out of service until the end of May.
- Porto di Mare: lifts are out of service until the end of June.
Stations with some escalators out of service
- Centrale: the 3 new escalators are ready. We will put them into service as soon as we receive the necessary authorizations.
- Turati: 1 escalator out of service until the end of April.
Please use lifts or the other escalators as an alternative.
