During a check, simply show your travel card

The chosen name on the travel card avoids forced coming-outs. As is the case during all checks, subscribers are only required to show an additional identification document only in the event of an invalid pass or travel card.

How to request a chosen name in the travel card

STEP 1. Documents – read all the terms and conditions for adults or people under 18

If you are of legal age, please download, fill in and sign:

• self-certification for adults
• confidentiality and non-disclosure protocol for adults
• privacy policy

If you are under-18, please download, fill in and sign:

• self-certification for under-18
• confidentiality and non-disclosure protocol for under-18
• privacy policy

STEP 2. Send documents to nomedelezione@atm.it

Along with the documents below, please also provide:

• a scan of a valid identification document
• a passport photo in .jpeg format (it is mandatory for new subscribers only)

STEP 3. Pick up your new travel card

If you already have a pass

• you can receive the new travel card at home (without shipping costs) or pick it up at the ATM Point at Duomo station
• the new travel card replaces the old one (free of charge)
• travel passes on the old travel card are transferred to the new one
• the old travel card is deactivated

If you are a new subscriber

• you must pick up your travel card at the ATM Point at Duomo station
• as with all new subscribers, the first travel card costs 10 euros
