Does the card expire by 31 March 2025? We renew it free of charge for a further year.

You can renew your card free of charge for a further year with an ordinary, senior or student profile. Here you will find two options:
1) tap it on one of the totems in any metro station
2) bring your card to an authorized reseller.

The renewal affects neither passes loaded nor their validity.  

Card expired but pass still valid. What to do?

In this case, you don’t need to get a new card but you must request a card reissue in the dedicated area areariservata.atm.it. Alternatively, tell our staff at the ATM Point. The remaining validity period of your pass will be loaded on the card reissued.  

Do you already have an Under 26 card?

In this case, it cannot be renewed. You must request a new Under 26 Card.
